Come and relax, de-stress and improve your overall wellness through focused breath work, guided visualization, and ending with a sound bath. 1 hour in length. You may relax in a zero gravity chair (depending on available space) or a cushioned upright chair. You may also bring any additional items to help make yourself more comfortable, such as blankets or pillows.

Monthly Healing Drum & Sound Circle
2nd Friday of the month, currently being held at The Holistic Path to Wellness in Central Square, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. This small circle focuses on wellness of mind, body and spirit through drumming, chanting, breath-work, movement, and use of various sound tools.
Ginny and Edie will be co-leading this monthly circle. $15.00 per person. Age 18 and over. You may bring your own drum or sound tools. Or, you are welcome to use one of ours.

75-90 minutes. Comfortable zero gravity chairs, mats or cushioned upright chairs available for the session. Time for discussion and optional sharing at the end. A date will be announced when 3 or more people have signed up.
